Volunteering with WiredSafetyLocal practices vary from state to state (indeed, country to country), so there is no one definitive guideline we can insist on.

We only ask that the fields that are on our sample form are included in whatever your local officials generally use for 'Good Conduct" or "Criminal History" letters.

There are two letters you should print and take with you to your local law enforcement agency

You must send the original certificate/statement, including your WiredSafety nickname and ID#, either via FAX (preferred) or air mail to:

WiredSafety
Fax: +1-201-670-7002 (US number)
