Local practices vary from state to state (indeed, country to country), so there is no one definitive guideline we can insist on.
We only ask that the fields that are on our sample form are included in whatever your local officials generally use for 'Good Conduct" or "Criminal History" letters.
There are two letters you should print and take with you to your local law enforcement agency
- The first is Parry's letter - this explains a little bit about WiredSafety, and why you need them to help you with this matter.
- The second is a sample form. They may already have a prepared criminal history form, and if they wish to use that, it's fine with us.
