Harry is a New York lawyer that specializes in issues concerning consumer safety and child protection online. His devotion to public service has allowed him to work in places like the New York State Attorney General's Office, U.S. Attorney's Office (EDNY), U.S. Secretary of Defense, U.S. Social Security Administration, and U.S. Department of Justice. Harry was born in Caracas, Venezuela, but only spent his early childhood years there before his family moved to the United States. Raised in Queens, New York, he graduated cum laude from Bernard M. Baruch College, and received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in New York City. As an attorney, Harry is the author of many cutting-edge cyberspace articles on topics like identity theft, online child safety, privacy protections, spam scams, and cyberstalking laws. His articles have been featured internationally in over three different languages. Harry is on the faculty of three universities. As an adjunct professor at New York University, Columbia University, and Baruch College, he teaches conflict resolution and coordinates special programs for High School students. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Internet Society, Internet Societal Discussion Forum on Privacy and Children on the Internet. He is fluent in Spanish, and enjoys singing, physical fitness, biking, reading, and a good laugh. |
