A message from WiredSafety's European Director

WiredSafety has thousands of members spread all over the globe. Some of those members are here in the U.K. of which I am one. I am proud to be associated with all the volunteers in our organisation who give up their time and energy to help other people.

WiredSafety U.K. does not exist separately from this International organisation in the same way as your head does not live separately from your body. We exist within the overall framework of WiredSafety but, having a separate site means that we can address issues, offer resources and deal with problems that are specifically U.K. related.

Let's face it, we usually don't even think about these sort of things until something happens to bring us face to face with our own vulnerability. If you are here because you feel vulnerable and want to be helped or better informed then be encouraged. You have found your way to one of the most powerful groups of volunteers in cyberspace and you are not alone.

Be well,
