In your opinion, what circumstances led to the harassment/stalking attack?

How long has this situation been going on?

What actions have you taken thus far?

Does your harasser/stalker know your real identity?

To what other agencies (online and/or law enforcement) have you reported the incident?

The answers to these questions will not only help us to attempt to assess the relative danger that this situation may pose to you, but also provide valuable background information to the team member that is assigned to your case.
